Welcome to Wellbeing Universe! We are glad you are here. A lot has been going on in the world on many levels, and we here at the Foundation have created a blog where we can share thoughts and discussions on Ayurveda, Consciousness, Holistic Wellbeing, Integrative Medicine, Conscious Education, Sound Healing and Music, Quantum Healing, Crystals, Food, Nutrition, and more. This Wellbeing Universe (hashtag: #WellbeingU) we are creating here is starting as a simple blog. We ask if you share these items or posts in the future, please use tags like #WellbeingU and #NirmalUsha if possible. Our team members will also be sharing their thoughts and stories about their personal journey to holistic wellbeing. Nirmal Usha Foundation was founded by Nisha and Manish Miglani after their late mothers with the intention of raising consciousness. What that means, we will attempt to share via blog posts and more here with you to illustrate this and how we may go about raising it across the planet.
